Recruit Management Team

With assistance of venture capital firm recruit CEO, CFO, COO. Present owner of Trilon becomes CIO

Target: High quality management team to startup company

Obtain and furnish office space

Obtain office with space sufficient to grow company to 30 employees. 

Target: Set up for initial 10 employees.
Target Date: By September 1, 2005

Develop Managed Health Care Application

Code and test managed health care application.  Keep web site updated with the latest version of each module so that interested parties including initial customers can participate in the design, development, and testing of each portion of the application.

Target:  Finish open source managed care/claims administration application.
Target Date:  December 1, 2004.

Develop On-Line and Printed Documentation, User and Installation Guides

Develop documentation,  installation guide, training guide,  and user guide for application. Make guides available both on-line and in printed format.

Hire initial staff 

To assist management team as well as complete program development, documentation, user, training and installation guides.

1 Administrative Asst to assist management team
2 Developers for coding, testing, and development of documentation and installation guides

1 Trainer to aid in development of training guide.

Hire remaining startup staff

Finish installation for initial 3 customers

Installation complete for customers who assisted in the design and testing of application

Target: Application fully and successfully used for mission critical work in initial three companies.

Contract with additional customers

Successfully grow the company by adding new clients in each month.

Target: At least 1 new client each month Starting January 2005, then 2 starting July 2005
