TriLon needs to accomplish each goal on time and within budget.

Board

As part of the startup stage a six-member board of directors will be established. This board will be instrumental in the recruiting and hiring of the management team.

Management

TriLon needs to recruit a top quality management team for Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Information Officer.

Branding

TriLon needs to establish a brand identity that is known for the excellence of its applications, the excellence of its training, and the excellence of its maintenance and support. Customers need to have the assurance that this brand means customer satisfaction as well as stability and longevity.

Alliances

The primary mission of TriLon is to develop, maintain, and support excellent vertical application applications under the open source model. TriLon will start as a small company with a potentially large and rapidly growing customer base. This means that to certify the quality of the application itself as well as the quality of the support, training, and maintenance that is available to the customers TriLon will need to enter into alliances with qualified individual and corporate vendors. These alliances must be to the business advantage of both TriLon and the allied vendor.
